Aston villa has appointed Unai Emery as their new head coach following Steven Gerrard’s
dismissal last week.
The former Arsenal manager will take over the reigns as of Novembe 1 st . Unai is taking over
a team that is slightly above relegation a position that contributed to Gerrards firing.
Aaston villa announced their news on their official twitter handle
‘’Aston Villa is delighted to announce the appointment of Unai Emery as the clubs head
coach.’’
This will be the second time the Spanish tactician will be at premier league following his stint
at Arsenal in 2018. Unai was fired at Arsenal after just 18 months following a tint of poor
results.
